Timothee Chalamet, who is only 26 years old, is a huge movie star already.
After buying Kate Upton's Beverly Hills mansion, he is now living like one.
The Los Angeles home that belonged to Kate Upton and her baseball player spouse Justin Verlander was just purchased by the "Willy Wonka" actor for $11 million.
The home was listed by Kate and Justin earlier this year for $11.7 million.
Chalamet will have company in his new neighbourhood because Vin Diesel and John Mayer live just next door to it in the foothills above Beverly Hills.
Some of the other celebrities in the neighborhood are Cameron Diaz and Eva Longoria.
Besides the full-size tennis court, there is a brick terrace, elevated spa, and plunge pool.
